Return Policy
To ensure that we dedicate ourselves to selling the best quality products to our customers and ensure
all manufactures warranties are valid, Fullerform Irrigation and Waterworks has the following
guidelines for returns.
General Guidelines:
We will accept returns on products purchased within 12 months of the purchase date except
in the following instances.
We will not accept returns on anything that has been installed, used, cut, damaged, or
modified in any way.
We will not accept returns on products purchased from other vendors.
If the product is a special order item that we do not normally stock, we will accept in a
review status and send back to the vendor. Upon inspection from the vendor and credit
given, we will issue credit to the customer and restocking fees may apply.
Specific Guidelines:
Plastic Products:
Plastic pipe or fittings must not be burnt, cut, installed, or have glue or primer on them.
Ductile Products:
We will not accept damaged or cut pipe.
If the pipe is missing gaskets or component kits, the customer will be charged for those
missing pieces while still receiving credit for the pipe.
Fittings must not show signs of the cement lining being cracked or excessive rust.
Accessories (bolts & nuts) must be complete in the box.
Spools:
The weld between the spool and the flange must not be cracked or leaking.
Spools must not show signs of the cement lining being cracked or excessive rust.
Copper:
We will not accept damaged or cut copper. Soft copper must be in the box and the rolls
must be inspected prior to credit given.
Hard copper must be inspected and in sellable increments of 5ft.
Clay:
The rubber seal must not be damaged.
Products must not be cracked and must be able to be installed with no leaks.
Miscellaneous:
Any product with a measurable length such as tapes, tarps, or wires must be unused and
complete.
For all other items that do not fall into these categories, Fullerform will review, inspect and credit will
be pending.
